- Parents can review and request deletion of their child's information

7. Subscriptions and Payments

FamilyNest offers subscription plans processed through:

We do not collect or store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely by Apple or Google. We only receive:

- Subscription status (active, trial, expired, canceled)

7.3 Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:
- Active Accounts: Data retained while account is active
- Deleted Accounts: Most data deleted within 30 days; some records kept for legal/security purposes
- Media Files: Photos and videos deleted when you remove them or delete your account
- Messages: Deleted messages removed from servers within 30 days
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using FamilyNest, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

FamilyNest does not use cookies or third-party tracking for advertising purposes. We use minimal analytics to:
